In the hills of Chiang Rai,Thailand there are a number of tea plantations. During the Songkran holidays this year we drove up to Chiang Rai and visited many of them. If you are considering visiting Thailand, I recommend you add Chiang Rai to your itinerary. We brought back an array of different tea’s to drink.
Not forgetting the serious part of the trip, to capture the people working the fields.
We got talking to the owner, in fact we spent a good hour drinking tea and chatting about the production of their tea.
We are still drinking what we purchased after 8 months so you can imagine how much we brought back.
Please take a look at my other website: travelingwithyourcamera.com for a lot more adventures around mainly South East Asia and back home in England.
